A vintage signed Tiffany & Co. 18k heart pendant. This custom letter "K" monogram pendant is retired and no longer offered by the legacy jeweler. Colorless, sparkling diamonds are flush set into the 18 karat rose gold pendant. A custom 14k rose gold chain is included, and features an adjustable bolo for a perfect fit and easy restyling.
